The food was good and priced nicely.. the garlic pizza was just that..garlic n cheese.. the garlic knots where soft with great flavor… the baked lasagna was nice..well balanced (slightly greasy).. the chicken parm..has no pasta and was ‘boneless wing” meat vs a chicken patty/breast…

We have been trying to find a good pizza place and we live in rome, and my husband came from Binghamton where the pizza is good. He said that Franco’a pizza is the best pizza in this area. Definitely worth getting again!!

Very poor customer service the lady was so rude and apparently very unhappy she had to work. No basis margarita pizza very rudely she announced “no basil” anyway had a lot of business with them now switching to a different vendor

1st off my parm sub was good no complaints but…y do all pizza joints wrap their HOT parm (cheese) subs straight to foil instead of putting a deli paper on it 1st (like cold subs) and then wrap it in foil cuz when u get home and unwrap it cheese is stuck all over the foil 2nd I called and asked if the take-out menu was up 2 date and the POLITE young lady on the phone said yes I asked her y was my sub almost $2 more then she said they’re $10.49 us tax I told her it was $9.49 she said she’ll tell her manager A. No u won’t B. U literally lied 2 me and C. Y r those menus out 4 the customers 2 take when they’re inaccurate

Decent pizzeria! Good subs, and good pizza, but they tend to run out of baked pasta dishes (more often than they should). The wings are good. The owner seems to be a decent person.

Stopped in way through, worker acted like she didn’t want to help me. Ordered few basic cheese slices, wasn’t happy with service but slices where ok. Maybe next time I’ll try hot off brick just down the road..

The food was absolutely excellent. We had pizza and wings. The char grilled honey garlic are amazing. The service was good staff was friendly. It was quite busy so it did take a little time but definitely worth the wait.
