Stopped in here on our road trip from Chicago to New Hampshire. Being from Chicago we KNOW good Italian food. This is GOOD Italian food. Its definitely a mom and pop place and by the photos on the wall you can tell it has a story behind it. Now that we are home I have told everyone about this place. The fries and the ham and cheese calzones are AMAZING. Probably not good for diet but well worth it. If you are looking for a good meal while passing through this is the place to go.

I ordered a large order for a party and was quite disappointed. I ordered 120 regular wings in different flavors but they gave me 80 of them boneless. I didn’t even know they make those. When I called to tell them they possible gave me a wrong order, they stated that it was what was written in the order and they can’t do anything about that. In conclusion: They don’t pay attention to what the customer orders! We didn’t have enough wings for the party 🙁

Twice I ordered here and twice they messed it up! 1st time ordered a calzone and was burnt on the outside and raw dough on the inside! 2nd time ordered lasagna and got baked ziti! Called to let them know and they wouldn’t exchange it for what I ordered! Screw them, I’m done with them!!!

Nikki was the absolute sweetest. I could tell she was having a bad day, but despite the tears she remained the kindest person to ever help us at Franco’s. I know some customers can be rude and some days can be overwhelming, but the company should consider themselves lucky to have an employee who is so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service on their team. I hope her day got better 🙂

I ordered a large pizza and 30 wings, and 2 orders of chicken fingers and 1 order of cheese sticks. They told me to give them 40 minutes, I got there 40 minutes later and I waited another 45 minutes. The food was good but they gave me 2 orders of cheese sticks and only 1 order of chicken fingers.

I got mozzarella sticks and my fiancé got a cold sub, both of which were absolutely amazing. I loved that their marinara sauce was hot & that their subs come in the cutest and handiest to go containers. Definitely recommend stopping in!
