We really wanted to like this place. The service itself was decent, but the food was so bland and tasteless. The Mozz sticks had no flavor, the sauce tasted like generic cheap tomato sauce with sugar in it and no seasonings. I had the Philly cheesesteak: There was plenty of meat but I couldn’t taste it, all I tasted was veggies and grease, no seasonings. My husband liked his salad, he’s picky with his ranch so it says a lot when he says he likes it. He had the hamburger steak, it looked amazing but he said it was so bland and tasteless, he added pepper but it didn’t help it much. His green beans were also bland, but the potato salad was actually really good. The presentation of everything was nice, but the taste was very underwhelming. They also charge 4% for using a credit or debit card (a notice is posted on their door).

Nice eating area with a bar. Had the Philly cheese steak. Not a true Philly sandwich but still tasty. The French onion soup was delicious but had several bay leaves in it. There was a sign on the door stating they charge an extra 4 percent to use a credit card, bring cash!

Went to this restaurant on Sunday after church. They were extremely short-staffed so service was slow. However, the two servers were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and fresh (wife loves their Greek salad) and exactly what we ordered. It’s a nice local restaurant and I can’t say enough about the servers. They were great!

4 people, 4 different meals, and everyone was happy! Delicious, well cooked appetizers. Prices were good for portion size. Best of all, my husband orders his steak rare (actually, it’s almost raw, so rare it doesn’t bleed). They actually cooked it perfectly!

We went for dinner, and the service was very quick. Immediately sat, our server and hostess were super friendly our entire visit. The food was lackluster – I ordered the ravioli and my husband had the open faced reuben, both of which we wouldn’t order again. It was pretty pricey for something we didn’t really enjoy. I wouldn’t be opposed to visiting again, but I would definitely order something other than those dishes.

We had the fried green tomatoes with the homemade ranch dressing. It was mouth watering. The Greek salad was filled with plenty of the right ingredients and the Greek dressing had a slight sweet taste that was surprisingly delicious! Restaurant was clean and had ambiance. Our server (#3) was pleasant and accommodating.

Hubby & I just tried this place a few days ago. We have been in Rincon for 20+ yrs and were sleeping on this place. Tonight we had to try it again and I’m just as impressed as the first experience. The food is wonderful. Best burger hubby has had in a long time. The Alfredo was great and a huge portion. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly and pleasant. We plan on becoming regulars. We run a restaurant also and we understand what it takes to be good all around, they have nailed it. Thank you Frank & Linda staff for 2 great meals.

Always good food here. Hamburger steak. Philly sandwich, salads, French onion soup,.. everything we’ve tried has been good. Servers are good even when short- staffed. Kind of dark inside. Daily specials.
