I absolutely love their food. The pizzas are always good and fresh. Chicken parmesean and meatball grinders are amazing and big portions. Love the spaghetti and meatballs as well. The garlic knots are a MUST!!!

Great pizza. My son loves this pizza and he was begging me to give this place 5 stars. I personally enjoy it and it will be one of our favorite restaurants. Great crust which is important to us. And if you eat inside, there is a free Nintendo arcade machine to use!

Horrible!!!! Pizza was barley cooked and they said all their pizza is “thin crust” yet it’s 1 inch high. A homeless starving person would turn this garbage down. More sauce than cheese on a cheese pizza…. Save your money and get a hot and ready from little Cesar’s. It will be 100 times better guaranteed!!!!!

The atmosphere is the only thing average about this place. Trust me. One bite of the pizza and you’re not thinking about that. Delicious. Best pizza I’ve had down here. Great crust. Generous on the toppings. Wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to try Frankie’s, you should give it a shot sooner than later. You will not be disappointed.

We used to eat at another location all the time. It was our favorite pizza for years. We’ve eaten at this location a few times before and it was always fine. Our last order was absolutely unacceptable. The pizza was dry and greasy. But the wings…what in the world?!? They were so dry and had a weird sweet but super spicy dry rub on them that wasn’t fully cooked in. I have never seen wings so overcooked. And I thought they gave us ranch instead of blue cheese by accident because the blue cheese was so watery and weird. I can’t imagine ever eating here again. $50 for complete garbage. Whatever has happened, please change it all back!

Great pizza, always friendly service, would be 5 stars but the past year or two almost every other delivery the pizza is a pile of cheese and sauce that has slid to one side by the time I get it so you might be able to salvage a slice or two but it’s just a soggy mess by that point. The pizza is the best in town just needs to be handled more carefully being delivered.

First time trying this pizza while down in Simpsonville. Really good crust and good balance of toppings. We tried a Frankie’s Special, pepperoni bacon, and the Hawaiian. Hands down you must try their Hawaiian! The sauce and cheese could have been improved a little, but certainly more comparable to up north. Good pricing and specials.
