The poor owners need to get employees who love there jobs! Tried calling for 45 min.to order gave up just drove in to order there were 3 cars there 1 table eating 2 people at bar . When asked why no one was answering phone. She said they were to busy . The owner needs to have maybe the delivery driver answer phone. I worked for a pizza place it’s hard work. But if your not answering phones turning people away that want eat in your business won’t last no matter how good the food is.

Owner should mind his own business and not take videos of his customers and who they are with and sending them off to other people. It was none of his business… glad they closed! Very unprofessional and sad to say Jesse WAS a friend of mine. I was 1 year into my divorce. I had a right to move on in my life and enjoy my time out with friends. In a bar/restaurant business you respect your paying customers… you don’t take video and sent it off to someone’s ex husband!

I liked the pizza, staff were awesome… The only reason I gave four stars was that it was rather cold in Frankies. Our table was over a few vents that were blowing cool air. Other than that it was good.

We love Frankie’s Pizza, which is obvious by this picture as we’d dug in before I was able to snap a picture of the jumbo sausage and pepperoni we’d ordered. It was ready in 20 minutes and we stopped by picked it up and continued on our trip. This was my first time to the Hayward Frankie’s and i wasn’t disappointed. Ashland’s Frankies had been frequented by our family for years, and it’s nice to have one in Hayward as well. Wonderful pizza, bursting with flavor.

This place blew away our expectations. It was tourist season and 2 places already turned our group aside for previous reservations. If we knew how good this place was it would have been our top choice. The server was amazing taking orders from every direction while making top notch drinks at a reasonable price. This place changed the whole mood of everyone and left us with a smile on our face. Their stuffed pizza is one of a kind and must be tried!
