Went to lake city Florida to visit a friend and he recommended this place to me. We had the opportunity to enjoy the food. I think the photos of the food didn’t make it in this review either it was to late into the lunch.i want you to enjoy the flavor yourself. I don’t think you you will be disappointed.

Pizza was good, but we ordered a sandwich and it was not delivered until we had finished the pizza slices. Our waitress passed us a few times without saying anything,but once we flagged her down, she said it was going to be a few more minutes. No apology or explanation. Food should be timed better so it all come south together or there is a small window between when orders are delivered.

Came here last Friday night as a party of 4 guests. I got the eggplant parmesan, “Tour of Italy” x2 and boneless buffalo garlic parm wings. The garlic knots came on the side. Everything was pretty average considering the bill came out to 116.00. I have to say the boneless wings were very dry along with the garlic knots and the eggplant was sliced pretty thin. We would come back to try the pizza and calzones but pretty high on price.

Went here for dinner on Saturday with my daughter. We ordered the Tony bread on the recommendation of the waitress! It was sooo good with lots of garlic flavor. For entrees we ordered bang bang shrimp and cheese ravioli! My daughter loved her ravioli and loved all the cheese. The bang bang shrimp came with 12 good sized shrimp and they were cooked perfectly. The French fries were very good and we ordered a side of ranch for them. They have the thick stuff! For all you ranch connoisseurs you know thats the good stuff! We will definitely be back. We loved everything we ate! And our waitress was awesome!

I have never been to their restaurant, but when I stop at the hotels in Lake City I almost always call Frankies for delivery. I love their food from the generously plump hot wings to the pizza and sometimes the ribeye. Yes get that ribeye delivered , you’ll love it. Frankie’s food is always hot and delicious when delivered. I also get the special pleasure of the owner, Frankie, himself delivering my food. Frankie is one cool dude. Also the staff is always great on the phone, always kind. Free delivery too. you simply can’t beat Frankie’s in Lake City for delivery of delicious foods. Thank you Frankie and staff.

Super nice staff but the food was really off the night we visited. The calamari was burnt, for example. We were told the lasagna was the special that night so we gave it a try with mixed feelings. The portions were so big somebody is missing a building somewhere lol but it was just ok. We were visiting from out of town for one night and went based on the ratings. Locals often have very different views of a place, often tinted with nostalgia so I get it, but overall it isn’t that good.

We tried Frankie’s a couple of weeks ago, and today we drove an hour from home just to come back! Great food, great staff! Be prepared to be completely stuffed. As their own Tony says, “If you ain’t going home with leftovers, then I ain’t feeding you enough.”
