Great tasting food, tastes exactly how it looks. Good selection between sandwiches and lunch plates. Prices are fair considered the quality and the amount you get.

Very good local deli, fresh hot foods available daily for lunch. Staff behind the counter are personable. Frank the owner is always there making sure things are running smoothly for customers. I eat here a couple of times a week and never disappoints.

Small deli in Elmsford with a mind boggling number of items on its menu, and even more mind-boggling names for its many creations. The whole wall behind the counter is crowded with signs listing items, prices, and specials. Portions here are satisfyingly adequate, and the prices are alright for Westchester. Cash is preferred as there is a surcharge for your card. There is a seating area to eat and watch the news. Everything is freshly assembled and the line is efficient. Parking is free out front, so you can take your time to eat.

Found this completely by accident when we were looking for Frank’s Food Court, where my husband used to go when he worked near here, and thought they just changed their name slightly, since they had similar sandwiches and were in almost the same place, but it’s a completely different place! But great sandwiches, we got the Soprano and the Richie Special. Just know though they close at 5 on Saturdays, not 6 like it says on the website, so when we called at 4:40 I was confused when they said they were closing soon and couldn’t make hot sandwiches, but that was fine and we had them cold. Hit the spot!

I went to pick up a coffee and butter roll, the old man at the counter (I think is the new owner, and this place used to be very good, not any more) says to me, “give me $3.00 and get out of here before I hit you”. Wow, really? He thinks he was joking with me, that’s not a Joke, I should of thrown the coffee at him, but I didn’t and he will not be getting a cent from me ever again. BTW if you like coffee that tastes like it came from a wet sock then this place is for you.

I understand we are in an era of inflation, but you better be wearing a helmet when you walk into this deli because you’re gonna get cracked over the head with these prices.

They have there political views hanging throughout the deli with one shirt displayed being very inappropriate especially if you have young children. Everyone has his/her right to there views and It’s there business and they can do what they want but they also have to deal with the ramifications that come along with it like losing customers. I won’t be back.

This place used to be a really fantastic place to grab a sandwich or other deli food but I believe they have changed owners and it has really gone down hill. The sandwiches are extremely expensive even though they use very cheap cold cuts on the sandwich and I know they are cheap because I worked in a deli for years. I once ordered an Italian combo from there and it came with a very interesting combination of ham roast beef salami and jalapeño peppers. NOT Italian at all! Even a simple grilled chicken sandwich is disgusting the chicken is so dry you can barely chew it. Needless to say I’ve given this place ample opportunity to prove itself and I will not be eating here ever again.

COVID aside, food hyenine should be top priority. The women who operate ‘Franks Cucina’ in the 660 White Plains Rd Café need a refresher course! They use the same gloves over and over after taking them off to use the register or after placing them in their pockets and putting them on again. I’ve witnessed now on more than one occasion scooping toppings with their gloved hands instead of spoons, way to contaminate. One of them snacks from the cheeses or hot food bar and will continue to serve you with the same gloved hands. Just common sense for food safety that is missed. Such a shame since they just reopened after a long renovation and raised prices.
