What a treasure! On our way to thru Spokane and needed to stop for “lunch”. As fans of anything railroad, we had to eat here! Loved the history and authenticity. Had the elk chop and eggs, bacon burger with fries, and split a Reuben with mashed potatoes and gravy. Everyone cleaned their plates. Definitely worth the short wait.

Frank’s Diner did not disappoint! This place was packed. We waited maybe ten minutes to be sat and were greeted and served right away by our waitress. People were coming and going and everyone looked happy to be there. The set up is super cute. There’s not a whole lot of room to walk around but definitely worth the visit. Service was great; from the hostess, to the waitress, to the cooks! Food was absolutely delicious (I highly recommend the BLT). Overall it was an incredible experience and a stop you won’t regret making. The only negative I can think of is the limited and tight parking, but still worth the trip.

Expensive but worth it. Food is like DOWN HOME, Homestyle cooking you remember growing up @ granny’s! Full of flavor! Great drinks too! The atmosphere is unique and incredible…Diner is located aboard a decommissioned luxury railroad/train car! I had the elk (Western area deer) meatloaf.

Frank’s Diner provided a unique and memorable experience! We visited on a busy Sunday morning but the wait wasn’t too long. Our server was attentive and friendly. It was fun to watch food being cooked right in front of us on the grill. Food was excellent and tasty. We will visit again!

What a cute spot! We chose this place for the history, the food pictures, and the reviews. It did not disappoint! We ordered panko-crusted deviled eggs, which were unique and delicious! I also had the new southern caprese avocado omelette. I ordered the small (1egg) but would order the large (3) next time because the egg was a little thin and it was too good to not have more. Hubby ordered the meat lovers omelette with the biscuit and toast. He said the biscuit was spread with butter and flat top toasted and amazing! His wheat toast was not your average piece of toast. Do yourself a favor and get a loaf! It was thick and grainy and delicious. We normally go for the sweet breakfast for but were behaving on this trip – all the reason to come back sooner than later. Kam at front was such a perfect hostess! Thanks Frank!

Husband and I went last week right at opening on Friday! Hash browns were already sizzling and staff is so friendly. We got the eggs Benedict and one of the scrambles(with the bonus gravy and onions of course!). Fast service, great food and a fun atmosphere!

I saw the reviews and boy was I not disappointed!!! The ice box jam and biscuit was simply devine!!! For the main though I had steak and eggs with a peppercorn sauce, LEGIT BEST I’VE HAD IN YEARS. No doubt you’ll come hungry and leave with a smile on your face and some stories to tell about the staff, the food, and the retro environment!!
