I’ve never had anything but great food here. From the cheeseburger to French dip to chicken wings to tge French onion soup to tge fish fry…always fantastic. The waitstaff is extremely friendly and attentive as well.

We came there a month ago and it was great! So we came back today and it was super busy (the last time it was not as busy) but we didn’t have to wait for a table. We were seated right away and our sever came over in less than two minutes, she was CRAZY busy, she got our drink order right away and brought them back right away! I could see she was busy so we had our order ready when she came back to take it and she passed by us with a tray full of drinks and said ” I’ll be right back to take your order” I said ” no worries take your time” and she came right back after dropping off the drinks, cashing a few people out and greeting other tables!

I’ve been going to Frank’s for a while because of their amazing food, but one day (two Saturday’s ago) I ordered a Prime Rib because it was on special, and that ruined my entire eating experience. They cut the raw prime rib into slices, and put it on the pan to cook for a few minutes. It looked like a gray mess. The driest, most disgusting prime rib I’ve ever had. I even ordered it Medium– not sure why they asked, but okay. I sent it back because it was clearly well done, and then they gave me a slightly pinker one…oh boy..and it was COLD! I put my entire palm on it. This experience was a disgrace to the prime rib. Just take it off your menu, please. Don’t make other customers go through this. Either you make the WHOLE roast and cut it into slices, or nothing.

This was honestly the best meal I have had in a long time. The burger was cooked just right and melted in my mouth. We also had the cobbler which was the best dessert ever! I can’t wait till we get to come back.

Whenever we travel to WNY, we always stop at Frank’s for an open beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and their delicious gravy. Always tender. The patio is a great place to relax.
