It’s our favorite Mexican Restaurant! The food is delicious! Everything we’ve had has been superb! The owners are so friendly, they make you feel like family! Recently moved in nearby. What a great find. Best burritos in Hampton VA! The staff was super friendly and added to the very authentic Mexi-Cal ambiance. I got a smothered burrito that is delicious and fresh. I will end up being a regular for sure!!!

We’ve been to Frank’s Monster Munchies a few times now. We keep going back since we came across them. The owners are attentive and make you feel very welcome! The serving staff make sure you have what you need and keep your fountain drinks refilled. The food is absolutely amazing! We are addicted to the smothered & cheesesteak burritos! We love the decor especially and the movies played on the tv screens. Pretty cool! We will definitely continue stopping in for our addiction!

The food was very good. The portions look bigger than they truly are. We have always liked the food truck whenever we participate in local events. It’s nice to have the option to go to a sit down and enjoy the same recipes. Our experience was good. There was a long line when we entered, but the wait for food wasn’t long. There is table service if requested. We weren’t sure of our protein choices because they were not listed on the menu. However, the server was knowledgeable and helpful when asked. The queso was the least favorite item at the table. We also ordered chips and salsa and truly enjoyed the fresh salsa. Our friend enjoyed a smothered burrito. I had the chicken nachos. My brother enjoyed chicken nachos as they resold out of the Carne asada he ordered. There were multiple ingredients sold out, but that is to be expected when everything is made fresh to order. My husband had the fish tacos and gobbled them up quickly! We all had lunch and leftovers for later. Recommend trying at least once. We will be back to try other menu options!

This place is hands down one of the best food places in Hampton. The girl at the counter tonight made the best sangria I have ever had in my life I’m sorry I do not know your name but you’re the bomb!! And the owners are the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met. My SO had the California burrito and said it was HANDS DOWN THE BEST BURRITO HES EVER HAD.

Absolutely lovely people and insanely amazing food! A true gem that we can have one of the best food trucks as a shop here ♡ Definitely get the game changer quesidilla and street tacos!
