I’ve been going to Franks for a while now and service and quality of food is quickly declining. The size of the crabs are inconsistent, if I ordered a dozen I wholeheartedly believe there are mixed sized crabs in my order. Also the customer service is declining as well on multiple occasions my order total was higher than the price I was told over the phone. I hope these reviews are taken seriously changes are made to avoid losing more customers.

Called to order crabs today and I never did this before. I had many questions on how many and what to buy. I actually asked for them earlier than they would be ready. I was told no problem he was coming in a little early to start cooking. So very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid.

They’re a little pricey, but my food was good, and my crabs were meaty. They also give you the option yo have your blue shells cooked in beer or not. I would definitely return.

Been going here over 5 years, and only had one mishap regarding my order. Turns out both of us missed/misinterpreted details about the order, and even before concluding his investigation, he made sure that I left as a satisfied customer. My crabs and shrimp from them are always FREAKING DELICIOUS, and with the way he handled my issue today, I’ll always be a customer, and will do my best to make sure that other people know about them. Definitely worth more than 5 stars

I eat BLUE crabs literally ALL year round. In winter months I normally order online from Maryland and have them next day air delivered. However my favorite place has closed down and I really didn’t want to spend $300+ to have crabs shipped to me especially with the weather being nice. So my mother and I decided to walk in take a look around and maybe give this place a try. Upon walking in the staff was pleasant,greeted and s and eager to help,the store was clean and didn’t have foul fish smell like other seafood spots I’ve been to. I usually steam my own crabs but I didn’t feel like the whole process so I order 1dz of Large males, with extra mild seasoning and cooked in beer. It was about a 30 min wait but it was well worth it. They were all Extremely Big and HEAVY!! Cooked to perfection is an understatement!! The meat was so sweet. Blue crabs are my absolute favorite and this place has my business forever lol!!!! My tastebuds were so satisfied!!! I will definitely be back for more! I haven’t tried anything outside of the blue crabs yet however they shall see me soon.

The food is good, however The employees at this establishment are very nasty. It seems as if the prices increase as the days go on. They charge you a fee for EVERYTHING. Even if you order one size crabs pls keep in mind that the sizes will be inconsistent. Don’t waste your time, just go to uncle joes, whose food is far more tasty!

Visited this location for the second time (first time when they first opened) It’s OKAY!!!! Definitely need more seafood SEASONING on food.. Price for crabs were high.. Service wasn’t bad either. Waited about 20 minutes for our food. Ordered a mussels with shrimp platter (very skimpy on the potatoes & broccli) & lb on snow cluster crabs.

This place used to be my go-to for live crabs…recently brought crabs that were suppose to be large but only a few large in the bag mixed with small. A complete rip-off for the price! This is the second time from this place.
