Very good prices! Fries were very oily and veggie burger was microwaved in a plastic bag, very reminiscent of some dollar store ones I’ve tried before. That’s not to say it didn’t taste good, though! My dad had the special dog, which he said lacked a bit of the flavor he was used to. Mushrooms were a bit hard as well.

These little cheeseburger things are the greatest..! If you come through Punxy you got to have one – they have been making these things up here for over 50 years…eat one and you’ll know why. FANTASTIC!

Met Frank and his sister for the first time! In town for the fair and stumbled upon his place. Man, we’ve eaten there every day of the week and took several more family members . All agree that Frank makes the best dang mushroom and Swiss we’ve ever had!!!!!!!

3 of us stopped for lunch. Old building, clean inside. You have to go to the counter to order your food. One person got the meatball sandwich, the other got the hot sauage and fries and I got the steak sandwich and fries.the meatball was good, the hot sauage was ok but the steak was awful. It was supposed to be roast beef but had the consistency and taste of mush. Will not eat here again.

This is the epitome of a small town burger/dog joint. They’re busy, place is hopping. Food is fresh and tasty. Calling ahead when placing a to go order helps, but you’re still likely to wait. Don’t worry, it’ll be worth it though!

The food was excellent. My veggie burger was cooked perfectly…something that doesn’t happen all the time. Fries were superb. Good value for excellent food! There is no table service in this restaurant.

This is my second review on Frank’s and my opinion on the place is the same, It’s actually even higher now. I went in today with my two kiddos and the staff made us feel wanted and as we was leaving the nice lady working the register handed me two free bags of cookies for the kids. I’ve never felt more customer satisfaction than I did today. Keep up being amazing people that make amazing food! Can’t wait to come back down!
