Went for a show down the road and found this gem for dinner. Unfortunately I didn’t get one of their amazing sounding and looking Steaks….. we did get there Signature Steak Burger made from Sirloin and Filet Mignon…..so condiments needed …it was DELICIOUS. Oh yeah do yourself a favor…..GET the largest side of Creamed Spinach it was incredible and quite possibly the best I’ve ever had…..anywhere and I eat everywhere!

We made reservations for 8 pm for two people. Nick was our server, I ordered the lobster with crab, and it was dry, so I sent it back, I then ordered the garlic Ribeye Steak it was good. Wasn’t able to eat with my partner Nick, apologized, and gave us a free dessert. Overall, I’ll go again

This is not the first time going to Frank’s steaks on Jericho Tpke.. This place has been quite the staple in the area for many years. A few years ago we celebrated my Dad’s 85th birthday there and he enjoyed it very much. That memory had This establishment holding a special place in my heart. Last night unfortunately the experience was less than ideal. You don’t realize it sometimes but the service and server you get during dinner can really make a difference with your entire dining experience. The restaurant was not that crowded for a Sunday eve but our waiter seemed challenged to take care of us properly the entire evening. He was rushed. Didn’t check in with us to see if we needed anything and he went by so fast every time it was virtually impossible to flag him down. When I asked him why he wasn’t really attentive to us his response was, “I’m really busy here tonight”… which is truly preposterous. Every time he flew by he could’ve stopped for even a second to ask us if we needed anything, etc.. The food was “ok”… Both of our steaks weren’t cooked correctly and it’s a steakhouse so that was strange… The manager did try to make everything right for us by comping the desserts which was nice but needless to say we won’t be going back there anytime soon in the near future. It’s hit or miss there it seems unfortunately and that’s not a gamble to take especially when it’s not an inexpensive endeavor.

Porterhouse for 2 was excellent but VERY expensive, The roast chicken had a funky smell to it. We had to send it back. The desserts( tartuffo, brownie and cobbler ) were awesome. Service was on the surly side and the place could use a deep cleaning… it’s seen better days…

I have been here many moons ago tto meet an old friend. Could never remember the name or place. Today I stopped in for lunch to meet a friend and I was surprised to find out this was the place. The place is decorated nicely and I had a fabulous skirt steak that came with mashed and creamed spinach. Really really enjoyed it!!

We went for my cousin’s birthday. The staff sang and brought out Angel food cake for the dessert. The staff is friendly and the meat was cooked just right. A few regulars sitt at the bar. I get a Cheers vibe from the place. I’ll definitely be back.
