Fist time visiting FRANNIE EXPRESS. Good Chinese fast food at reasonable prices. Definitely will return. Ordered the sweet and sour pork with fried fish and half fried rice, half chow mein. Nice staff.

Really bad customer service. The lady was busy cutting up boxes while there were customers and what I believe was the cook was just standing there and then he went to sit down and not helping the lady cut the boxes so she can serve us. plus there was 2 people in front of me so we took like 10 minutes in there. She also was asking what we wanted with a bad attitude. I had to raise my voice. she served the food bad too. They should Get better employees or the employees need to fix their attitude and customer service.

The food is pretty good here, I love that they offer “family meals” it’s great to pick up in the way home from a long work day. You’re eggrolls have no meat, but we did not miss it at all! They are delicious. Please try their fried chicken wings, the coating is a little thick but they’re delicious if you can get past that!

LOVE the Sweet & Sour pork & the crispyness is Perfect! The chicken & string beans are so delicious, But so is everything! Now we really go to this one for their thin noodle chowmein so good & some items like the sweet & sour pork the Frannies on Tennison doesn’t have. I enjoy their thick noodle chowmein & their chicken & string beans & Orange chicken. Frannies on mission is very satisfying & great amount for Your money…well both do well in that. Quick & good Chinese food! On a lunch break GO HERE!

We just went here and got the food Togo, I ordered the beef and broccoli and only got one piece of meat and it was the smallest piece. I also got the so called Teriyaki chicken! it had absolutely no flavor and no sauce… My husband got the sesame chicken and it was so dry and it tasted like grease, he also got the “teriyaki” chicken. The prices might be good, but not worth it at all. My five year old can cook better then this, Panda Express is way better then here and they aren’t even authentic Chinese food. Don’t waste your money here!

I went with my friend and this is my first time going in since it’s close to csueb college. Anyways the place is alright but the food is hella nasty. I asked for orange chicken and chow mein. The lady was giving me chow mien from the bottom which I didn’t get it why and the orange chicken looked different compared to panda express and asia delight. I gave it try and the chicken was not even cooked and it was hard to chew. my friend told me that the chow mien was probably from yesterday since it hot and cold. So she probably mixed them up from yesterday and today. I would rather go to panda express or asia delight.
