I ordered combo #3. Waitress came back and told me that Ham didn’t come with my order. I had to let her know it was on the menu that it does. Then, she brought my pancakes and no butter or syrup, so I had to ask for that, in addition to the fact that she also brought me burnt raisin toast. In my opinion, she shouldn’t have brought toast out that looked like that. I had to ask for new toast. She also could’ve checked the menu BEFORE telling me my meal didn’t come with ham. I expressed my dissatisfaction upon paying the bill. Poor quality of service, but, GREAT food!! I won’t be back for awhile, though . When you pay what it costs to eat out these days, with HIGH prices, you expect GREAT service. I hope this gal will strive to be a better waitress in the future and take her job more seriously.

Service was terrible. The restaurant was about 50-60% full. It took 45 minutes for our food to be made with zero beverage service between us sitting down and the food arriving. We got a frittata and an omelette with hash browns. Frittata states on the menu that it is made with red potatoes and the potatoes in the frittata were the same hash browns we ordered on the side. The omelette was a scramble. We found a produce sticker on top of the omelette. Food was bland. The coffee was very watery. We understand not every visit to a restaurant is perfect; however, Franny’s dropped the ball on many occasions during this visit. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I am not from the area but happened to be in town. The atmosphere is casual. The food was good. I had a “Hawaiian Melt” which was flavorful. The soup was chicken dumpling and there were a ton of dumplings but didn’t find any chicken in my bowl, was mostly dumpling and broth with a few vegetables. Service wasn’t that best. It took quite a while after I was seated before a server came to my table. Once my order was taken the food came quickly. There was no check up once I had my food until the check was delivered. Would consider trying the place again if I am in the area.

Waited 2 hours for our breakfast! The portions were big but the food and drinks were way too sweet! The AC made it freezing cold in August even after we requested it to be turned to a warmer temperature! We ended up putting our jackets on..

Was not given juice, not given sausage, they substituted bacon (can’t eat) without asking. No refill on coffee, server gave check without asking if done. Did not come and ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Had to get up to ask. WORST APPLE juice ever!

We felt the smell of the restaurant was unpleasant. Moldy and mildew. Food servings generous but my eggs and hash browns were tasteless and not appetizing. Seat cushions in booths were ripped. Very run down. We wouldn’t go again.

Friends and I went out for breakfast. The food was disgusting we didn’t get past 2 bites into our meals. They offered us half off “discount” for the gross inconvenience. The place smells horrible like an overflowing bathroom. Food was undercooked. Only good thing was the drinks and the fruit. Everything else was complete garbage.
