I heard good reviews of this place but I was just disgusted how unprofessional the delivery drive and phone girl where. Even you think the manager would apologize most resturants even refund money for such unprofessionalism. The delivery guy called me 1 time telling me rudely that he was waiting outside for 10 minutes. The recipient stated call when he was outside. Then he flatout lies as well telling me the passcode I gave him was inncorrect when I never gave him a passcode for the building. I tell the phone girl she goes ok when I called the pizzeria back. So I was like you know what the manager should know. Usually some kind of credit is order. Beware for rude kids delivering your pizza. I wish I can take away the tip.i go to eat my panini it’s falling apart because whoever prepares the food there poured a whole bottle of oil and vinger dressing. Was of money and time.

This place has bomb pizza. It might be the best place to get a specialty slice. Last time I came here I ordered the mac and cheese slice and the deep dish spinach slice. They were both really good. It was nice and heavy and very hot, which is just the way I like my specialty pizza. My friend ordered a buff chick pizza and roll. He enjoyed his order as well. This place doesn’t just make quality food. They keep their establishmenr very clean which makes it a very comfortable place to sit down and eat. Ultimately Fratoni’s supplies a good bang for your buck and I’d totally come back here.

They were very helpful with my situation, I forgot my wallet at home and I inquired if they do Zelle but the guy asked me if I knew my CC number. We input the information and I was able to purchase the pizza. Some places I’m not sure if they would be able to do it. I live in Queens by the way.

We ordered take-out through Door Dash several times and the pizza was cooked well just the way we like it. The wings were crispy but tender and the Buffalo sauce has a good balance of sweet and heat. The food is consistently good here.

I bought my 1st slice of pizza from here 2 days ago and I promise you, this is my favorite slice of pizza in years. I mean, I pulled up and the first thing that hit me when I got out the car was the smell. If I can smell the food before I hit the door then I know it’s gonna be amazing! My slice had a crunch to it at 1st bite and I was in love. I wish they were closer and open right now cause I’d get me a slice… or two . I hope you enjoy the same experience I had.
