This is my fav fine dining in all of Colorado. Never had a bad meal here. Service is over the top. Be prepared it’s pricey but worth it. We enjoy the Quattro Chef’s tasting option it’s more than enough. Cheers.

Frasca is an indulgent high-end culinary experience complemented with excellent staff and some intriguing and excellent wine pairings and cocktails. Unfortunately, I feel that it has faded back into the background noise of fine dining available in Denver and Boulder after briefly making itself heard.

Great food, great service, very interesting menu. It was quite expensive for the food and wine though ($200-$300 per person). It’s a little on the high side which is why 4 stars instead of 5. Very good presentation but it’s not the best atmosphere I’ve been to at a restaurant in Denver, but it definitely was the most expensive.

Our first visit to Frasca was for their Valentine’s Day 4-course dinner menu. The menu line up was built for a mature palette. Items ranged from Uni to edible gold. Our server(s) we’re very accommodating to my wife’s dietary restrictions despite not having given them an advanced notice. The portions were perfectly sized and paced throughout the evening. When we finished our meal, we were in fact, full. Despite the high ticket cost, a trip to the dormitory will leave you feeling peace as you walk by the multiple James Beard nominations and awards hanging on the wall. They say you eat with your eyes first. Hopefully the pictures I took will allow you to do exactly that. It’s one of those places you go to where you are constantly smiling because it feels like a new and amazing flavor you’ve never had before. While we were unable to partake in the wine pairing, I was able to enjoy the Penicillin cocktail as well as the Rye option. Both were outstanding. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a fine dining experience where the food tastes as good as it looks.

My first dining experience at Frasca tonight was quite possibly one of the best in my lifetime. With out a doubt, Michelin star potential. The synergy among the sophisticated and knowledgeable staff made for seamless transitions between dishes. The attention to detail paired with the edible works of art created an overall out-of-this-world experience.

We are visiting Boulder and this is a very upscale restaurant right in town. We are able to walk to the restaurant from our downtown hotel. I loved the room and the service was impeccable (5 stars on that) However, the food was good but not 5 star. They are partially prix fix on the menu with a choice of many courses or a 4 course choice. We were told that we should all order the same in terms of which prix fix menu because of pacing. So, we all got the 4 course deal for $125 ea. I’ll comment on the photos of the items I tasted. Overall the presentation was exquisite and the portions small so we weren’t too stuffed. Flavor wise it seemed that the balance was a little off on some of the menu items. See my photos for more info on each dish. With cocktails and apps we spent $1300 for 4 ppl so pricey…which I’m willing to pay if food is 5 star.

The prices are high, yes, but the food was excellent and the service wonderful. We did the 6 course with wine pairing, and our total bill ended up around $600. This was a last minute reservation and we were surprised by how thoughtful the preparation was for our anniversary celebration. They even had ‘happy anniversary’ printed on the menu, and a special dessert at the end. There was one dish that I didn’t absolutely love, and I had no complaints about it, but they brought me out an alternative dish without me even requesting it. All the food was lovely and I’d recommend the chef tasting menu with wine pairings.

This evening we were privileged to sit at the chef’s table adjacent to the kitchen. This was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The impeccable service, precise and beautiful presentation, unique and “Oh my God” flavors, belief in their culinary and wine Friuli roots , kindness, thoughtfulness, dedication to every detail, and the absolute commitment of every employee helping each other in this intricate dance- amazing and emotional.

My husband and I recently visited Frasca on Saturday night to try this highly praised establishment. We both ordered the 4 course dinner with some add ons (~$150/ person with the upgrades). Our total bill with food and drinks was 400.
