We were craving pizza but are new to the area so chose this place. I’m glad we did. The food was amazing. The sheet pizza was huge. I did think it had too much sauce but that’s my own taste. The wings were phenomenal. We were addicted to the mild boneless wings and garlic knots. Everything was so flavorful. The garlic parmesan wings were really good but I think it needs a little bit more salt. Overall happy and will definitely be ordering from there again.

We used to order here every week. It’s been months since the last time we ordered. Tonight we ordered the Palermo pack and paid extra for jack Daniels wings sauce. It tasted nothing like the jack Daniels sauce I remember as well as the chicken wings appeared to be over cooked yet soggy, the garlic knots were burnt . Between raise in prices and inconsistency I think this will be our last order.

$2.99 per topping. Seriously? MAYBE a dollars worth of chicken, maybe $.75 worth of ground beef… get f’n real with the broccoli, shouldn’t even have been charged for the 18-EIGHTEEN pieces. Lol. What a joke. Dough was barely cooked, not cooked in the center, cheese isn’t even melted…. Also, the sauce has gone down hill. Very disappointed.

We had gone down to Horseheads for our favorite Pudgies Pizza, but the parking lot was freshly paved and blocked off. It being just around 7pm, we were nervous that no other pizza places would be open much longer. My son suggested Fratello’s, so we drove on over. What we experienced was THE BEST PIZZA we have ever had. (And we are big-time Pizza lover’s.) The cheese was so delicious and plentiful, the sauce was perfect and that crust…. well, it knocked all our Sox off. Just the exact crispness to the bottom crust and the flavor at the end just made me sad that I was too full for another slice. Our server was very nice and efficient. We will always love Pudgies, but now we have another New Favorite to visit when we are in upstate NY. Highly Recommend Fratello’s Pizza Company of Horseheads, NY.

We ordered a sheet pizza and the dough was raw and gave us all stomach aches. When I called to tell them the dough was raw they said I needed to order it well done and refused to give me anther pizza even though I offered to return 95%of the raw pizza.. So rude I’ll never order a pizza or anything from them again EVER…

My dad and I stopped in this week, he loved the pizza, my hot sub was top notch, and I was served the most perfectly pulled shot of espresso. If I only I could transplant the whole restaurant to Florida. We need some good pizza down south!
