Freckles Gourmet was always great food. She is an amazing chef. They have now closed Freckles and will be opening a new restaurant in is same location. She mentioned smoked meats and sandwiches. It will be opening in March 2019 I believe. Guaranteed the food will be delicious!

Stopped over in the tiny town of Republic Washington and came upon this gem. The food is delicious and homemade. The staff and owners are very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stop by here again. Made sure to bring home a souvenir tshirt as well!! Till we meet again, thank you.

The deep fried pickles were amazing and the macaroni with the tilamook cheese made me ask for more. Service was excellent and the food was quickly served even when we had a party of 12. I will honestly recommend that anyone passing through stop.
