Only thing I can say is the dining room floor was slippery feeling, like it had grease all over it. I definitely wouldn’t sit or allow my kid to sit on the floor. Food was correct as I ordered it, came out hot and in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and even came out and took my tray away as soon as I was finished eating. Was the lunch hour and a bunch of people. Mainly children but a large crowd for sure. The fries are “interesting” compared to the normal restaurants around. Very thin, and somewhat crispy. I didn’t not like them, but feel I could get to crave the difference. They are kind of like potatoes straws just not hard like a chip. I’ll return.

I ordered an extra patty on my patty melt. With the pricing, it didn’t appear they added it. So I questioned them at the window. They said it’s already a double. I stated, I wanted a triple. I can’t complain on that too much, they gave me the extra patty free, since they didn’t want to change it in the system. The male employee was friendly about it, but the female employee wanted to be combative it seemed. However, look at the pictures of what I received. It looks like they chewed it up and spit it back into the tray. It appears a 3rd patty is on the bottom half, but I’m not sure about the top half. I don’t think I will be returning to this Freddie location again. The food is subpar, after 3 attempts compared to other Freddie’s locations.

I ordered a regular size shake and when I received it I didn’t realize how small it was, so I asked for a larger size. The manager got an attitude and made me pull around and wait on the two customers that were behind me to get their food which equated to over 10 minutes.

We arrived hoping to grab a quick bite to go, as we had a trailer and couldn’t go through the drive thru, but the door we approached was locked. We looked inside, confused, knowing they were open and other customers were dining inside. We then watched as the employees took turns looking over at us, giggling and turning their backs to us before all hurrying around the corner to hide in the back so they didn’t have to serve us. The door said they weren’t to close for over 20 more minutes, there were customers inside eating, and we had seen employees in the drive thru window when we pulled up so we knew they were supposed to be open. I found another door unlocked and went in to ask what the reason was that they all hid from us but no one could give me an answer. Adding a photo of our view of the empty service area after the employees rushed to the back to hide. Incredibly disappointing as I was so excited to see a Freddy’s for the first time since I moved here.

I always order a regular vanilla shake which is so creamy and thick. It is so good! I tried the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders are unmatched and fried to a crispy perfection! The chicken tenders are so flavorful and real! I wasn’t thrilled with the size of the drink with the meal…it looked like a kid size cup, but they are reusable cups and I checked my app they have bigger sizes, the team member didn’t ask me what size did I wanted, but she was still great! The fries are so tiny like potato sticks Lol but they still tasted great!

We used drive through, whereas we usually dine in. I wish we would have dined in this time. We would have returned the burgers. The drive through cashier did not know how to swipe a card properly, and the transaction took more time than it should have, and without any explanation about what was going on. He finally gave us our food, trying to send us off without our drinks. We got home, went to eat. Burgers were awful! Tasted like somebody poured a full shaker of salt on the burger. Same thing with my daughter’s burger. Way too much salt (and she loves salt). Really inedible. Very disappointed.

Place is okay. Can’t go wrong with the cheese curds. Hotdogs are what you expect, but the chicken could have some flavor without use of sauce. I dig their concrete shakes, but sometimes they aren’t complete with whipped cream.

Not a fan of of skinny fries and paper thin burgers. I’ve seen head gaskets thicker than these burgers. I get it. You can shave 45 seconds off the cook time. You scored low because the meat was too thin and had that “new grill taste or lack of a meat taste”. Once your grill gets seasoned it may taste better

Magical memories
I went through the drive-through a little after 7 PM. There was only one car in front of me. I waited at least 25 minutes, and then, when the lady handed me my shakes, they had chocolate dripping all over them. I sat there for a minute i disbelief what she just handed me but I had to go because I was on my lunch break. One of the shakes was really watery, and two were thick, and they were only have full.. I wiped off all the shakes with a handful of napkins that she gave me, so I guess that was to wipe off the shake. I want a refund because that was not worth $15.
