The food was typical fast food. The shakes were excellent though and they also offer pup cups for your furry companions! The staff was extremely nice and pleasant. We did have to clean our table before we sat down to eat though.

Was very good. I can honestly say that they have the best burgers in Troup County. The fries are good too, but they aren’t really my favorite. The frozen custard is also good. I know people will complain about the price of Freddy’s, but I love a good bang for my buck and I think it’s worth the prices they charge. You have to understand that they cook the the food fresh after you order it, unlike some of the other fast food restaurants here in Lagrange. And the burgers are better quality. Plus it’s a “fast-casual” restaurant which puts it in the same category as Culver’s, Five Guys, and Shake Shack. All three of those restaurants have similar prices as Freddy’s. I’ve been going to Freddy’s since even before this one in LaGrange opened up and I’ve always gotten my food hot and fresh with no issues. I just finished eating the spicy jalapeno steakburger, and it was great! But I took a picture of it so I could post it on here. The freshness speaks for itself, just look at how melted the cheese is on the patty, wouldn’t look like that if it wasn’t hot and fresh made to order.

So glad that LaGrange finally has a Freddy’s now. I went on opening day, and it was busy inside but they had a full staff on hand that worked in tandem so everything ran smoothly. Customer service was great, It’s on par with Chic-Fil-A’s great service. The assistant manager was very friendly and checked on us every so often. I dined inside, and as busy as it was because of opening day the wait on my food wasn’t longer than 8 minutes or so, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I’m very familiar with Freddy’s because I often drive from LaGrange to the Freddy’s in Opelika for a good burger and fries, and I must say that this Freddy’s is consistent with the Opelika store. The girl st the drive thru looked miserable. Her face said loudly she didn’t want to be st work. She didn’t speak except to give me the total . No thanks no nothing. Your prices are not cheap. We should at least be thanked for paying them

We are visiting from out of town, have never tried Freddy’s before. But was pleasantly surprised at how hospitable the woman working the drive thru was! She was very happy and seemed to love her job! And I appreciated her attitude being so bubbly! I hate I didn’t catch her name.. Our food was yummy, the allowed a lettuce wrap burger in lieu of not having GF buns, and the sweet tea was delicious. Highly recommend stopping if you’ve never been. Oh and our kids loved the mini shoe string fries hah.

I have loved eating at Freddy’s wherever I have lived. Boy, was I excited they were opening one in my hometown. But then I took my daughter, and it just went downhill from there. They are so rude, and this one the employees don’t even care to take care of the place. I cleaned our own table.
