Everything looked & tasted really good and the wait wasn’t too long. Sarah Long took our orders each time. She was very nice and i noticed she was also hard working because she was cleaning and what not when nobody was at the counter to place an order. She kept herself busy. While the younger girl was too occupied with a Visit from a pregnant woman. Part of our dessert order was made incorrectly by that very young girl so i took mine back up to show Manager on Duty. He had that very same girl fix it. Other than the mix up on the Dessert, everything was good. My hubby just kept comparing them with Steak & Shake which was literally next door to them in Decatur. I don’t know how much business they get daily or weekly, but they probably would do even better if they weren’t next door to each other especially since they have same style of food.

Ordered a kids bacon cheeseburger with only meat, cheese and bacon. Drove home and the burger had ketchup on it, I tried to wipe it off but my grandson could not eat it. So he had the fries only. I couldn’t eat my fries they were so hard. Did not have a good experience. They don’t answer their phone .

First time visitor. Last time I’ll visit. Lady taking order at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. Very short answers. Told her it was our first time. No explanation as to how you get your food. After figuring it out we waited for our number to be called. We asked for their fry sauce, both original and jalapeño. When I told the man at the pickup counter what I wanted, he snatched 2 original off the tray and threw 2 jalapeño on the tray . Threw, not lay them on the tray. Table was sticky. There is a glass partition between the booths behind your head. The side I was sitting on looked like a kid dipped his hand in ice cream then smeared it all over the glass. It was pathetic. Nothing jumped out about the food. The steak burger was excessively greasy. Ordered the jalapeño burger. 2. A whopping 2 jalapeños on the bun. Fries looked like toothpicks with absolutely NO FLAVOR. It was a huge let down from all the hype being put on ads.

The burgers are all the rage, and the spicy chicken sandwich is the best in all of the Americas, HANDS DOWN. The customer service is on par with fine-dining establishments and the dining area is decorated accordingly well. I would recommend to all!
