It was my first time to try a burger at this location. I was greeted by a nice young man at the counter. He took my order and it wasn’t long until I received my burger. The place seemed to be very clean (of course, it is a new location) and the service was outstanding. Oh, and the burger was very tasty!!!

I hate to to think how long I missed our on these delicious burgers because of the word “Custard”. My husband and I stopped here in Bowling Green, KY and have been fans every since! From the thin grilled patties with just the right amount of char around the the edges, to their crispy shoe string French fries and yummy dipping sauce! It was lunch time and I was hungry. I decided to go through Freddy’s drive-thru. It was very slow but it was lunch time and I understand that they were busy. I ordered a double California burger with fries, onion rings and a water. I pay for my food at the window. They give me the water and bag of food. I park and open the bag and it’s somebody else’s food (chicken sandwich and chicken tenders with fries). I have the correct receipt for my order. I go in and tell them what happened. The employee tells me they’re gonna make my food now. I tell him I need to go back to work and ask if they’re gonna throw the food away and ask if I can eat the food that’s the wrong order. They tell me it has already been thrown away. So I wait around for 15 minutes. Lunch is slowing down. The employee comes up to me and says that the people didn’t hear him say to remake my order. After hearing that they hadn’t even started making my food, I walked out of the door and went to McDonald’s. What a waste of my money and time

I tried this place for the second time the first time was terrible and the second time wasn’t a charm either. I got my meal as a replacement because the first time I tried this restaurant my food was messed up. This time I went and ordered a combo and I ordered an ice cream which I intended to pay for but when I got my order. The cashier told me that my float with substitute for a drink replacement. But then when she rang my order, she charge me nine dollars and some change. I asked her why and the manager came to the window and said we charge you for the difference of the flow but she couldn’t tell me what the difference was and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t four dollars the wait time was super long . My fries were spilled all in the bag and super cold. The manager also had a very unpleasant attitude. I work as a manager and no matter what you should always greet your customers with a smile, and explain what they are, asking if they’re not being confrontational. With that being said, I definitely will never go back to this restaurant. I can understand if you guys are shorthanded but you need some super training going on because his food is definitely not up to par and a manager is even worse.

The employees here are very kind and they were able to get our order ready within 5 minutes. They wipe down the tables and keep the restaurant clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich was hard to chew and they normally make it softer. Overall it’s great!
