First time coming here & I’m very impressed! The chilli was so amazing & also love the fries. Just the right amount of seasoning. Wasn’t a big fan of the turtle sundae all because of the roasted pecans. Besides that, I loved it!!

Ordered carry out for my family of three. We all got a patty melt. One with fries, one with onion rings. All of the patty melts were just bread, meat patties and cheese. No sautéed onions, no mayo, nothing. The fries and onion rings were cold and obviously were not cooked fresh. Tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We have had some good experiences at Freddy’s but not tonight! For $40 I was expecting something better.

When we pulled up, the guy taking out the garbage helped my mom get out of the car and then held the store door open and waited on her to get there. Everyone inside was very friendly and were actually working and helping each other! So refreshing to not get “whatever” and it’s not my job attitudes! We will definitely be back!

Decided to start the weekend off with someplace new. Chose this place for dinner. Approach was clean, lobby was kind of full so I opted for drive through. Line was slower than your average fast food joint but everythings cook to order so it was expected. Menu items looked fantastic,bit pricey but appeared to be worth it. The staff at Freddy in Jackson, were great today. Even during the storm, they handled it very well. Even after telling people their fryer was down after a short power outage, some were still expressive about their feeling, the staff handled it well.

Just ok. 2.5 Stars. Smash style burgers (maybe too smashed) go for the dessert menu not the food. This store particularly was fully staffed with very few customers, yet was low on cleanliness. Bathrooms, tables, floors… with staff roaming like to just look busy, not really making the place a great eating environment.

Being from Chicago, I love Vienna Beef hotdogs, they are absolutely the best ever!! They are also not available to be purchased in Tennessee. I love that Freddy’s serves this brand, it reminds me of home. And that hotdog was on point! Onion rings are really good too.
