I wouldn’t have said anything if the service wasn’t so lack luster and the price wasn’t so high. My 3 person family (including myself), went through the Drive-Through to order food. The person at the speaker was very pleasant and kind. Then she gave our total for 3 typical meals and two 3 pc chick tenders. It was $47.xx!!! Ive never been to a drive through in Ohio, where it was just as expensive as a typical sit down restaurant.

I literally gasm when they say “Welcome to Freddy’s order when you’re ready!” The food is amazing especially the fry sauce. The old school atmosphere is amazing and I once messed up and order and forgot my fries and the staff gave me a basket free of charge. My only complaint is the prices are pretty high so I only go on occasion.

Our first time at Freddy’s and we were absolutely thrilled at how tasty the burgers were, how crispy the fries were, and the chocolate custard concretes were the best we have ever had! The staff was friendly, polite, professional, and very welcoming! We are sure to come back and I would rate Freddy’s as the best burger in Zanesville!

The food is excellent, however the lobby is always dirty. With my schedule I am normally one of the first customers if not the first through the door. I get excellent service and the food is also good and hot, but the lobby is never clean. When I worked fast food, at close we were there an extra hour afterwards cleaning. I love coming to Freddy’s for the food, but I’m afraid that the place will get shut down for being dirty.

I’ve been to Freddy’s before but this visit was very bad. We ordered double burgers and fries, fries were good. I like to eat the fries first and then eat the burger ,we started to eat the burger’ s and we both thought the burgers were very salty , I went to the manager and she said that they seasoned the burgers = well I’m 66 years old and I can tell the difference between salt and seasoning. Anyway we couldn’t eat it and the manager just didn’t do anything for us so we left and probably won’t be back. Not happy in Zanesville.

Good diner food, similar to Steak n Shake. Shoe string fries, smashed burgers and frozen custard instead of ice cream. Burgers are smashed and seared thinner than S n S. Gets an old school crisp on the patty. Liked that the classic burger sticks with burger canon and uses mustard, no ketchup. Shakes were way thick and delicious. Not a huge sauce man, but the Freddy’s spicy sauce did it for me. I’ll definitely make it a regular stop.

This place was amazing when it 1st opened, now its filthy and sticky..no condiments anywhere. I ordered a regular burger regular size that took 15min to order with only 1 person in the dining room, they gave me large everything, I watched them pouring sprinkles over a custard cone over the trash can instead of a catch, I waited 30 min for my food, it’s so sad to see this place in the shape it is..no hair nets..kitchen is filthy.. Bathroom is a wreck..hate to say I will not return..
