We ate here with our family on vacation in Canton. Great menu, decent prices, great food, very gracious service! They had some unique choices I don’t often see. They fixed my son’s order without any trouble. The assistant manager, Austin, even came out and asked us how things were and when I pointed out I didn’t see any fudge on my signature turtle sundae, he added the fudge himself! Very friendly and we all enjoyed our supper here.

I’ll first start by saying Freddy’s has become a family favorite.. my boys especially love their grilled cheese and French fries. Tonight we went for dinner and ordered 3 grilled cheese meals, but they accidentally gave us 3 cheeseburgers instead. When I mentioned the mistake they were incredibly apologetic. The employee AND the manager came over to apologize while they corrected the order. They told us to keep the first meal and they’d bring out new food. My boys happily chowed down on the fries as we waited. To my surprise, the manager, Austin, came out with 3 new FULL meals- grilled cheeses and fries out the wazoo! I told him he didn’t need to get us new fries but he was happy to do so and sincerely apologized yet again. I was very impressed with how this simple mistake was corrected. Thank you Freddy’s! We’ll be back 🙂

The food was awesome for the price and the people were great! Even if a mistake was made in the order they were super nice and fixed it up right away and even went above and beyond to make up for it. I want to send a special shout out to the General assistant manager Austin, General Manager Logan, and the Cashier Kaylene for their great service during our meal and time in the restaurant. The atmosphere was also really friendly and wasn’t super boisterous. It was family friendly and definitely a place I would recommend and go again!

Pretty impressive – sandwich was good – Chili dog was a disaster – they put it upside down in the container – but the burgers were good – fries were cold – 6.50 for a chili dog that was upside down in the container is uncalled for. But like I said probably the best fast food burger around

This place was good for American fast food. Fries and hotdogs appeared to be cooked to order. They were hot and tasted good. Soda tasted good and had good carbonation as well as the nozzles looked to be clean. The manager checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
