This place is a good choice if you want something better then mass produced fastfood but do not have the time for a sit-down burger joint. The staff was professional, the place was clean and the staff worked with me to adapt a food item for the tastes of my picky eater son. They have a list of safe food for those with alleges. I wish other places offered this because it great helped with my sons egg alleges.

This is the only place in Bloomington that consistently gets my order incorrect. The workers are always kind, but it’s a little ridiculous that there’s always a problem. For instance, today after spending nearly thirty minutes in the drive thru, I was frustrated to find that my Bacon and Cheese double steak burger was actually just an original double burger (still without the cheese) that I had paid extra for. This doesn’t include the times that I’ve opened up the bag to find only two onion rings, or gotten extra ice when I’d asked for none. All in all, it’s way too expensive for all these mistakes.

I’m sorry but if you read me back my order correctly then give me my order wrong there is no excuse for that this place is despicable! Then you try to call to get it replaced or taken care of and no one will answer the phone!!! What great customer service!!! Service was extremely poor. Took 35 minutes to move 3 places in line.. the kid at the window handed me my milkshake in such a way. I had to grab it by the top. Unfortunately he did not get the lid on securely. I ended up wearing my chocolate shake. All he did was say he was sorry hand me a few napkins. Not enough and did not even offer to replace my shake. What did he expect me to do such it out of my clothes. So I will nor recommend them or go give them anymore of my business. That’s a shame too. Good restaurant but due to the employees negligent behavior. I’ll never eat there again. Nor will my family and friends. All told the boy lost them about 700 dollars a week. Love this place! It’s like steak n shake, but for adults. Steak n shake has been awful lately we stopped eating there after tasting old grease in the burger. Freddy’s is clean, fast, much bigger portions for the same price.

Had a drive thru order. Order was taken fine at the order speaker. Once we pulled around sat for several minutes after paying. Then they ask what I ordered, like they didn’t know. Then the order started coming out in dribs and drabs. First the food. It was correct. Then I had to tell him I needed the two sundaes I ordered. Then I had to tell him I needed the drink. The employee was not polite, or apologetic at all about the waiting or the not having the act together on getting the complete order out. My biggest complaint was the customer service sucked to be honest. Spoke to the manager and she was about as incompetent and unprofessional as the order taker. Culver’s has this place beat hands down. The turtle sundaes were not much. No whip cream or cherries. Not impressed. If looks could kill, I would be dead from the guy at the window. Lol. I had no issues at the Greenwood location, but that place was in total disarray and the employees I dealt with needed attitude adjustments.

I almost left the drive-through because noone answered the intercom after saying hello several times. Pulled up to window and girl said she had to go the bathroom. No back-up, no apology. Chocolate icecream lacked chocolate this time. Pale in color. Not as rich in flavor. Normally, a big fan of Freddy’s!

I pulled up to get a frozen yogurt and when I got to the window they said they only had two flavors vanilla and chocolate but they didn’t have any vanilla. My question is who runs out of vanilla at a yogurt restaurant and why do you only have two flavors. Although the chocolate was good it was very disappointing that that was my only option. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
