Ate here for the first time recently… it was delicious! Ordered the double cheeseburger combo meal – it was so delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly, and the addition of the onions and tomato went great with the bacon and cheese!

1st time eating here and got a double steak burger with cheese and bacon. It tasted delicious except it was very flat and was falling apart in my hands. And because of that I needed at least 10 extra napkins that I normally do cuz it was a sloppy mess, I felt like I was eating like I was a 4-year-old. but like I said it was delicious. The fries were good except I could have used more intact fries instead of all the broken pieces that required me to grab and pinch 6 to 7 broken pieces to put my mouth. I finished off with a turtle sundae which was about 99.4% ice cream and very little fudge and caramel around the top inside of the cup, next time I’ll ask for more fudge.

Disgusting!!! Took kids here for ice cream. Filthy floors, tables and bathrooms. Added bonus was the bathrooms smelling horrible and no toilet paper. Workers definitely did not care when I mentioned that their floors were so slippery that someone will definitely fall. As I looked in previous reviews, the problem has been going on for awhile. Oh, and no ice in the machine for a soda, so they scrapped frozen (previously melted), clumped ice from the bottom of an ice bin… which has probably never been cleaned… with dirty hands as a bonus.

Freddy’s food is really good and my husband stops by for their sauce often. However, we stopped by and ordered a sauce container and a fry. Then we waited for 15 minutes. We didn’t even get a meal, just a repackaged sauce and a small fry. Unsure if staffing issue or organizational issue.

We went on 8-5-2023 around 230p and I could not believe what I saw here. The floors were so dirty and so so sticky. Every other table was dirty and filthy. The washrooms were just as bad. I have never seen a Freddy’s restaurant so nasty. The crew were all young talking and laughing there were no other people but my family. Instead of cleaning the restaurant and making it look respectable they were goofing around. Our food was over cooked and I upgraded fried to large and got same amount as my regular fries on my other meal. I cannot go back here again as much as I used to like coming here. How can you be a supervisor/manager on shift and not see how nasty your restaurant is?…..

Hamburger and fries were great. Key lime concrete wasn’t properly mixed, so all the pie and lime flavor was at the bottom which overall made the whole thing bad.
