Ordered a patty melt meal. With cheese fries. I get to the window and pay. They wouldn’t give me my beverage while I waited. The sandwich was ok. I didn’t get any cheese or a cup. Instead I got three orders of fries. The women looked into the bag. She did seem confused. So I am not going back. I wasted all of those fries.

The staff was super friendly and my gosh did they get our order ready quick as heck! I have always loved retro burger joints since like, forever! So I was pretty excited when I heard about Freddy’s coming to a place near to me. I would say they do a lot better of things that other places don’t, like how they cook and season their fries. Eaten here twice and both times the dining room was filthy. Had to ask to get a table wiped clean on both occasions. Trash cans full with garbage sitting on top. Last visit an unruly child pulled the fire alarm causing us to finish our meal with blaring alarm until fire department arrived to silence. Food is very good if your in the mood for smash burgers but owner and managers need to train employees importance of cleanliness.

Like the food but very disappointed with my latest experience. Had delivery a few days ago and did not receive all my items. When asking for it to be delivered door dash said once delivery was made there is nothing they can do. Contacted restaurant and no one answers. Left a voicemail with no return call days later. Sent a message through website service and still no response. This is not the customer service I expect especially when all I want is just a refund for the items I didn’t receive.

It’s Freddy’s known as serving leftovers? Because that’s what our food looked like. They ran out of Onion Rings for at least a week now. Ordered Chili Cheese Fries and they served us cheese fries and said chili is out. I paid extra for it and not being told for refund or exchange to an alternate menu. This is my 3rd times visited and all 3 times is horrible experience. Never coming back. Read other reviews before you experience Freddy’s for the first time. It’s best if you just stick with Steak & Shake down the street.

It was ok. I think the food was a bit lackluster. Kinda like a Culvers. Make it greasy enough and hope that ads flavor. The custard was good. But again like culvers. Service has been fast and good every time we have gone.

Walked in at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon for a cup of custard. There were no customers in the dinning area yet almost every table in the place was dirty. There appeared to be employees standing around doing nothing. There was also one employee in the food preparation area eating.

Tried going to the machesney park location at 9:30pm on a saturday online says location open till 11pm. Drive thru signs were off, Drove around to see 3 employees in there and all the chairs put up in dinning room. Drove back around theres 5 cars in line now and noone is taking drive-thru orders. Me and the wife were looking forward to having frozen custard on our date night. Very disappointed. Atleast beefaroo was nearby for ice cream.
