Food was good. Service was lacking. All young girls that were too busy to be bothered because they were chatting and playing on the phone and they were very snippy. When the order was ready and put on the counter, the girl thew it up there and 10 or 12 fries flew off on the floor. We got the same size ice creams and one literally had like 6 spoons of ice cream and the other was over flowing and couldn’t be finished. The counters, tables, bathroom and floors all needed to be cleaned. Wont be back due to service and dirty dining area. We visited on 7/14/23 between 1:30 and 2:00pm.

I have never been able to eat from this location. I have tried multiple times to order from Freddy’s using delivery apps, and every time, my order has been canceled without any reason. I don’t ask for any obscene modifications on my order or anything that should warrant this. Whatever, I’ll gladly take my business someplace that’ll be willing to accept my order.

Avoid this establishment if possible. I’ve never taken the time to write a review but after waiting for OVER an hour for food for 2 people only to have the food brought out and an entire meal missing and the fries cold I felt it necessary . Poor customer service. Understaffed and not worth wasting your time. I attempted to order online but chose to pull through the drive thru, upon doing so there was a sign stating the drive thru was broken and to pull up to the window to which the wait started, 30 minutes passed and the girl taking the order was not apologetic for the wait or the inconvenience of the people getting their food out of order causing chaos of having to then reverse with cars behind our vehicle. Absolute nightmare.

The drive through was not working. Come to the window to order first and didn’t have the pretzel bun for the special bbq. Dr pepper was like carbonated water, fries were very cold. The wait was over half an hour for 2 meals. It was a very terrible experience.

Sat there for 15 minutes and made contact with the gentleman behind the counter a few times. No one showed any interest in taking my order- let alone acknowledged me. Most places at least say “hi it will be a minute before I can help!” Nope, I was outright ignored.

Service was slow and rude, the chocolate milk had so much syrup in it that it was barely drinkable, the fries were cold and soggy, our grilled cheese was made from two hamburger buns instead of the bread it usually has, and my BBQ bacon burger barely had any BBQ sauce on it. $29 just for two combos, very regrettable purchase.
