I am a doordasher getting a food order for my customer. I arrived and as I was walking to the door they slammed it shut then locked it and literally pretended I wasn’t there!!! I finally got to talk to someone and they said they are closed and not making anymore orders. It’s 8pm on Saturday! They don’t close until 10 normally. I told my customer about the situation and he then called the place and they literally lied to him on the phone saying they are working on his order when they didn’t even start it and weren’t going to start it. And they look like they aren’t even working at all inside, looks like they are just standing around talking with one another. This is just ridiculous.

Freddy’s is our Favorite Steakburger Restaurant. We live closer to the Creve Coeur location but the Ballwin location has been absolutely amazing. Today we had an order mix up, they cooked our correct sandwich super quick and brought it out to us. This is our 5th time at this location and we have had nothing but positive experiences, great food and amazing staff. Keep doing what you’re doing everyone!

The place was absolutely flithy,I looked for a clean table there were none. We were the only ones inside. The girl who took our order pulled a brush out of her back pocket and brushed her hair at the counter after we walked away. Saw at least 4 employees on their phones. We have been to this location several times before and it was not like this. They must have a new manager or something it has gone down hill fast!

I was never a fan of “smash burgers”… Until I started going to Freddy’s. Everything about Freddy’s is great. The burgers are always good. I love the one with jalapeños! The fries are tiny and tasty. And don’t get me started about the custard. I am a big frozen custard fan, and Freddy’s is one of the best. Smooth, sweet, and creamy.

Freddy’s is the only place I go for my frozen custard! The fabulous Chocolate Milk Shake is my favorite! I also put Freddy’s at #1 for burgers. I wish one was closer to my home but since I work on the road it makes it quick and easy to make a stop 1x a week! Wonderful place! I’d give it 20 stars if I could!

Place was filthy. Asked a worker to wipe off a table for us to sit as none of the tables were clean. We ended up having to use napkins and water from the machine and clean it ourselves. Never have seen it like this before. And the place was pretty empty.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon and it was eerily empty. All the other locations are usually thriving.After stepping over trash and greasy sidewalks to get in we fins out why. The restaurant was unclean. Counters sticky and gross, items not stocked, and too much to type to be honest lol I ordered a sandwich plain… As I waited for the order I saw the cook take my sandwich and wipe all the ingredients off with the bun and replace the bun. Needless to say I did not eat it. Woman with pink streaked dyed hair definitely could see my displeasure so rudely asked if I was waiting on something. Yes my food lol. Then wet up to ask about missing items. Two male cooks just looked at us and then looked away blatantly ignoring us. Got back to our table after finally getting our unfresh fries we did no finish. Then wife discovered her tenders were raw in the middle. We didn’t say anything just politely cleaned up after ourselves and left. Would not have made a difference if we said anything it is obvious no one on that staff cares. After being a fan of the other locations I am shocked at this place. No way this business will last. No way I will return to this location.
