I visited this Freddy’s location on Saturday (7/8/23) and was delighted with the customer service, quickness of food preparation, and delivery. Lance was the gentleman who assisted me and it was evident he was there to provide the best customer service. My son had a question about a sundae and Lance was eager to answer his question. I’ve visited numerous Freddy’s across the country and the customer service I received at this location (by Lance) was phenomenal. Overall, great location and customer service .

My first time trying Freddy’s. Not good. I ordered a medium hot fudge sundae with no nuts. Kudos for no nuts. on the hot fudge. I had to move the excessive amount a whipped cream and then the frozen custard to find maybe a teaspoon of hot fudge on the bottom of the cup. Back to Andy’s.

This fast food has probably the best burgers in the state of Missouri. Why would I pay 20 or even 30 dollars when this place sells a perfect 10/10 steak burger for not even close to that price. Couldn’t have a better set of employees all are welcoming, cheerful, and makes me wants to come back! Atmosphere is amazing has a retro feel, but incredibly clean and well maintained. All employees from bottom up should be very proud of this establishment.
