I was lucky to pick the hotel next to Freddy’s. Having never heard of it but it was within walking distance. Maybe one of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever had….better than Jack N The Box, In and Out (I never thought I’d say that) and definitely better than 5 Guys. Just wish we had one back home.

I ordered a chocolate custard with hot fudge sauce for my wife who had her wisdom teeth taken out today. Unfortunately I realized when they gave me a vanilla custard that I had accidentally ordered vanilla. The employee working the window told their team to make a chocolate custard with hot fudge sauce “stat” and gave it to me for free! What a blessing and a great way to treat customers and get them to return!

We went through the drive-thru on Shawnee Mission Parkway on 6/22/23 at 7:00 p.m. The lady on the drive-thru was excellent. The food was delicious and there was almost no waiting for it. Even the gentleman on the window who gave us the food was fast and very competent. This is what a drive-thru experience should be!

I love their seasoned fries, but the burger was a huge disappointment. Way too big, hard to hold. Pounded so thin, it was like eating a burger CRUST. Kind of gross. Also only one slice of cheese on the double, so it was very dry. Asked for Mayo, probably only had two drops. Custard was good, but so overfilled that it poured out everywhere when I took the lid off because I didn’t have a straw. Had to use a spoon. Melted completely by the time I got it.
