We visited here for the concrete custard, specifically the PBC&B. We couldn’t find or taste the banana. However, our custard was pretty good anyways. They need a little housekeeping training. There was only one other guest when we arrived and we had a difficult time finding a clean table. A couple of tables looked clean from a distance but they were sticky. Dirty water had dried on the tables where someone attempted to clean them. The floors felt sticky in places and slick in other places. It was extremely hot outside so we found the cleanest table and finished our custard quickly and left.

There were three girls at the counter who did not take our order or needs seriously. The girl who did take our order was very short with us and was very lazy. Once we received our food and were seated, the same girls were talking loudly and being extremely silly to the point in which it was a disturbance. It did not appear to me that they were anything but immature. The food was fine but pricing has significantly increased. Also, there were two boys from the kitchen who were visiting and flirting with two girls who were dining in. It appeared that both boys were in a relationship with the girls but it did not impress me that they frequently visited their table. The cleanliness of the restaurant was poor as the floors ans tables were very sticky and the doors seemed they had not been clean in a very long time. As a result of this impression, I think it is safe to say my family and I will not be returning to this location. The conditions were implorable and I am greatly dissatisfied with the service.

Third time and the last! Each time, horrible service and wrong orders. This time, I placed a mobile order 1 hour and 15 minutes before pickup. I get there and wait 20 mins for my bag to be placed on the mobile order shelf. I finally went up and asked about my order. It was sitting by the cashier the entire time. I asked why it wasn’t on the mobile order shelf…. response….. “I just didn’t have time to place it over there.” I stood and watched 4 employees standing around laughing and throwing things at each other.

This is our after-activities hangout on Wednesdays. The kids love it and the outdoor eating area is usually very clean. No sticky tables or ice cream all over the cement. Things like that. The kids get to hang out for a while and the grownups get to take a break. We really need it sometimes, right?

This place is popular. I sat in the drive thru for a LONG time. I ordered a Double Steakburger California Style based on recommendations from friends. I’m not really sure what “California Style” means. It was two, seasoned, squished burger patties, cheese, shredded lettuce, two little slices of tomato and an entire slice of white onion. All ingredients haphazardly tossed on each other. There may have been some kind of condiment on it, but I couldn’t find it. It tasted mostly like onion, salt and beef.

The burgers are good. The prices are fair. Typically, the front counter staff is lazy but not always. The kitchen crew is normally hard at it and on point. You will definitely have a better experience if you order through the app before you get there. The restaurant is always a mess even when they’re not busy. The food brings me back.
