First time customer, in for a Wednesday lunch with 2 coworkers. I’ve eaten at similar themed restaurants (steak burgers and frozen custard). I had the Freddie’s classic double with a medium vanilla malt. It was a good experience. I would definitely eat here again.

On my visit the food was great but the customer service was awful the employees would take your order then without saying a word close the window in your face waited over 20 mins for food with no apology for the wait the employee never even came back to the window to let me know anything they were goofing off playing around as I watched and waited then after 20 or so mins opened the window handed me my food then closed the window no have a nice day or anything they definitely can use some customer service skills other than that the food was really good

Food is very good. Prices unfortunately are in keeping with the times, but I find them a tad bit high. I got a chicken sandwich, fries and a chocolate shake. 15.00. I got STEAK at Texas roadhouse and 2 sides and a drink for 19.00.
