Food hot and fresh. Made to order…small wait…but that’s okay. It’s worth waiting for! Perfect cheat meal (I have been trying to eat better…but… ♀️). Only had to order once, and it was repeated back correctly, and it was prepared correctly! Fries so cute and yummy! Service was fine. Girls were polite and friendly! When in doubt, order the triple! My next cheat meal day may come early!

I walked in first to the bathroom being not taken care of, the urinal was running constantly and the trash was overflowing. The cashier was pretty nice. The food was the same as I remembered it being a few years ago, pretty good. The drink station was a mess. No napkins in the holder, just a roll of bathroom napkins on the counter. Had to eat the concrete with a fork because no spoons. The ice cream was good but I ordered a Dirt N Worms and it came with no worms . One guy came in to order while we were eating and waited for 5 minutes but the entire staff must have thought it was smoke break time. Probably will come back to eat but I hope it improves until then!

I like Freddy’s and have eaten at several in Texas and Louisiana. This was the messiest one I’ve been to. The condiments were stuck together in the tray because several were leaking, the drink station had ice and spilled drinks on the counter and floor. No napkins but a roll of paper towels that were a mess from everyone pulling off what they need. Not what I expect from Freddy’s but I guess it is fast food at a good price. I just expect more since I’ve seen them do better at other locations. No one was bothering to clean anything even when they walked right past the number of problems.

We waited almost an hour in the go thru line. And once you are in line you cannot leave out. They must be shorthanded or something. We are just now getting our drinks and the food is still not ready. This is terrible time management. The inside people we saw go in were leaving when we were in the window waiting. Only saving grace is the worker was very nice and apologetic but I don’t know how long it will be until I come back.

The service and quality have been very poor lately. Used to frequent. Girl got order wrong, read the order back incorrectly. I said no that’s not it. She’s says hold on. Guy comes to the window with her. They act like nothing is wrong. Took my $35 for poor food and service, and let me drive off knowing my order was incorrect. Saturday 6/10/23 at 6:41 pm. No place on the receipt allows to call for review. The establishment was NOT busy. I said “if I get home and it’s wrong, last time I go and 1 star review on Google”. Which changes nothing – those 2 individuals didn’t care. Why should anyone. Terrible. Following right in line with the terrible customer service and customer experiences we are now plagued with.

This was my first time trying here, I ordered just a combo with fries and a water and went through the drive through. I had 2 cars in from of me, and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food only to realize later that they didn’t put fries in my bag. The burger tasted great! But the service was lacking. I’ll return here to eat and try it again because the burger tasted good and see if maybe the service is better to change my review.
