Drive thru was on time, I was second in line when I got there. Order was precise. The food, to me really doesn’t stand out from the other establishments but is good nonetheless. No prob with the o-rings, the cheese fries were weren’t quite so cheesy. I left feeling robbed of a blissful cheesy fries experience. Where’s the cheese, man?

Freddy’s in Paragould, Arkansas, supplied us with a nice fulfilling lunch, and a good time to get away together!!! The employees seemed eager to wait on us and to make good on my food. I had ordered onion rings with my cheeseburger, and they misread the screen to give me French Fries, which my husband adores!!! The yummy food was so hot, we had to wait for it to cool a bit!!! The place was clean and I spoke to one of the employees who was cleaning when we arrived…she was doing a great job, too!!! I really love the town of Paragould, and how they have maintained so many stores which have been in business for many years, and combined those with the ultra modern businesses, also!!!

Food was good. The pretzel burger is awesome. Fries were cooked well, although I dislike how they’re cut. They’re so small they’re pretty hard to dip in sauce because they’re all different lengths and hard to grab multiple at a time for dipping.

1st people in line. Young girl who management clearly failed. Took over 15 minutes to order. Having to correct each item multiple times. She was either not listening or poorly untrained. Most likely both. Easy job but some people aren’t cut out for simple service industry. Manager was extremely rude and condescending. Food sat the entire 15 minutes trying to complete the order and pay. Fries served ice cold manager wasn’t pleased with being asked to provide hot fries. For $42 it was absolutely horrible

This is the longest line I’ve ever sat in waiting for and order. The girl taking my order cut me off while I was ordering. The “frozen” custard was NOT worth the wait in line. When I received my order it was melted. The spoon provided was useless and I just drank it from the cup. I will not return.
