Drive thru cashier had on a dirty black sweater with white lent and big cotton balls all over it. I should’ve cancelled my order at that moment but nooo I paid anyway! Order was wrong, shake was melted, I only got 5 small onion rings with my order, burger was dry and tasteless, my receipt says $14.34 but my bank is pending $15.52!! And on top of all that it gave me the Beegees!

I love their chilli cheese fries. The meat from the steak burger is perfectly seasoned. The pickle will make the burger salty so if you have high blood pressure don’t add the pickle. Overall, it taste okay.

Would of given the service a 5 star but they had forgotten my order. Me and my son were waiting for about 30 minutes for our ice cream and people who were after us got theirs before us so finally I went up and they had no clue until I got up there and then pulled up a milkshake from the counter that had been sitting there for 15 minutes and said that was mine I told them no I’m missing my other icecream and that had been sitting there and is melted im not accepting that. One guy that was there was super messy he had ice cream all over him running down his arms and hands and no gloves dripping into other people orders and stains his shirt other customer here hesitant to accept the concretes from him because his hands were touching their cones. He was just an over all hot mess. Besides that the other food was good and the lady in the back who was making the food by her lonesome self did a awesome job staying organized and the food came out nice and not all thrown together thinking that’s how it would of been because she was in the back by her self. But nope it was not. Good job lady.

I went to Freddy’s and my order was messed up. I called to let them know. The manager auqanetta apologized and said that I can come back and they will redo my order. Two weeks later I went back and surprisingly auquanetta remembered. She was so nice, and very apologetic. She showed the best customer service that I have seen at a fast food restaurant in a long time. She graciously rectified the issue, the staff was efficient, the restaurant was clean. She thanked us for coming back and giving them another chance. I will be back again.
