I had my first experience at Freddy’s on this fine Wednesday afternoon, 8/23/23. I have to say that I was left impressed with the quality of customer service, and the great food as well! I would like to thank the manager in charge, Benjamin, for running the crew in such an efficient and dignified manner. I saw that he was working extra hard to make sure the restaurant was looking spotless as well. Also special shout-out to Peyton, and John for making sure I was taken care of! Anyone in the area, you’ll have a great experience, I promise! Keep it up guys! The food was excellent!

i had a drive-through order and ate everything when i got home. i got a burger and it was okay (really sloppily thrown together but the taste was alright) and a HOT FUDGE sundae but they also added peanut butter??? i dipped my spoon in and tasted a little bit to confirm that it was in fact peanut butter. i’ll get a bad reaction if i have a lot of peanuts/pb (it’s not life or death) but i was still unable to eat it so i threw the whole container away and wasted money. really upset. this could’ve ended baldly for someone else.

Ordered a meal which comes with an ice cream cone dessert. Before I got my credit card put back in my wallet I was handed my ice cream cone. Now what am I supposed to do with that while I get my drink and wait on my meal to be made??? The Mgr asked how my meal was…. great I guess considering it started with ice cream.

It was real good to see young professionals working here. This one is set up so you can see the hussle and these guys were nonstop. The customer service was also great too. The cashiers were not trying to rush us through the line. The service was flawless and food was possibly the best fast food I’ve had in months. I also noticed that the tables were clean witch is a rarity these days.

Tried this Freddy’s for the first time and was not impressed. Every Freddy’s I have been in was very clean and filled with the nicest staff. Not this one. Every table was dirty, the walls/railing were dirty, there was no sauce in the containers, the tea tray was overflowing, there were no napkins, floors were very grimy, and the staff was unpleasant. No one welcomed us into the store and didn’t even say anything when we approached to order. There was even one girl in the back leaning over the food prep area just talking about her weekend with another coworker. There were probably 10 people working/standing around so for the store to have zero maintenance and cleanliness was unacceptable. Might be time for new management.

Went in for a bite to eat yesterday. Staff was friendly and quick. Food was hot and really good, I’ve been to other Freddy’s (Pearland) and although the food is still good the service is slow an seem to be unhappy. This location rocks and I’ve passed the word along to all my friends in the area.
