I’ve never been to a Freddy’s. Love the burgers. Great seasoning. I was upset at first because Freddy’s didn’t sell the Chicago Dog as advertised. Freddy’s also was advertising a Hawaiin flavored desert which also was not sold at the establishment. The young lady (I believe her name was Katie) behind the register saw I was annoyed and offered other items that were similar. She approached my situation with a genuine apology and I felt better. I ordered the Freddy’s original.. Great burger. Great service from Katie.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I’ve given them a couple of chances since the very first time I went there it was amazing, but both orders since have been disgusting train wrecks. Cold, tasteless; stuck to the side of the box so the burger rips apart; and woefully, shameless incorrect orders. It baffles me that it’s even POSSIBLE to get orders this wrong. This is the burger I got today. Not a SINGLE customization of mine was there; no tomatoes, no pickles, no grilled onions, no grilled jalapenos, no sport peppers, NOTHING. What the heck, Freddy’s?

They’ve got these ice cream creations called concretes that are glorified sundaes but they’re awesome! The cheese curds are really good too! And when Whataburger and McDonalds are too busy this place never has a line. It’s a bit more expensive than they are but the quality of the food is worth the price.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae. There was one car ahead of me. By the time I got the Sundae it was a third melted. I suggest you wait till the customer reaches the window to make their ice cream.
