I have not had very good experiences with Freddy’s recently. Usually their chicken tenders are some of my favorite, but this time they were flat and barely had any meat. The fries had way too much seasoning on them. The time before this we got their ice cream with bananas in it and I think they started using like a banana flavored ice cream or something but there were no bananas in it. It’s just been a real let down recently.

Can here again and this time I sat in the drive through for 30 mins for one ice cream and one fry. I had already paid is the only reason I waited so long. The kid Aaron working the drive through was laughing at me when I knocked on the window so I ended up driving off. I have let the corporate office know how I was treated by Aaron and this franchise. Shame on you Freddy’s can’t even take my kid for ice cream after school.

I’d never been to a Freddy’s and was excited to have one near our home. I’ve been a couple times now and as a retired person who more or less pays attention to quality and healthiness of my food this place is a high fat, high sugar extreme sodium nightmare of a place and I think the food (steak burger especially) doesn’t taste particularly great.

Messed up my drive thru order. Told me to wait in car out front. Never brought me my order after 10 minutes. Went inside they can’t figure out what to do. I walked away with out lunch I paid for to make life easy for them. Incompetent staff.

Freddy’s food is average at best. Those extremely thin so-called steakburgers with burnt edges are terrible to me. The tiny skinny little fries are hard to eat and mostly burnt and hard when I get them. They messed up my order and then gave me a gift card to say it’s all better now to order the same terrible food. I hesitate to patronize Freddy’s. We need a different place in this town that’s real food that’s really good. Not impressed with Freddy’s at all.
