This was my second time at Freddy’s and I came because I knew they had good custard. The custard was great as expected and the experience was good overall. The reason I leave 4 starts instead of 5 is because we had to stand at the counter for a while before anyone acknowledged us and then when our order was taken the lady behind the counter as less than enthused. Overall still a good experience but wanted to leave and honest review.

So here is the deal I give it a five star because it was fixed. I went and ordered food on Friday the 11th. at rush hour. we got our food and it was horrible. The fries were super hard and so were the chicken strips and the fries were just dumped in the back. Upon arriving back at the office I called to speak to the manager I spoke with Isac I told him the problem and he could not apologize enough he told me to come back and they would re-make my food correctly. I told him that I would come back on Monday. I went back by today Monday but Isac was off I was greeted by Trevor who said that he remembered this complaint and that he would take care of it, Trevor did an amazing job fixing the problem and the food was great. Thank you Isac and Trevor for taking care of this matter.

We were here at 12:45pm on Mother’s Day. Very busy and the staff did pretty good. Food was as expected. Our order was some what complicated with a couple substitutions. Only mistake was our 5 piece chicken only came with 4, and we did not get our bbq sauce. Sat at a clean table in a packed place so that says a lot these days.

So the positive, the frys were good. I stopped here hoping for a quick bite late Sunday most things were closed. I ordered a hot dog fries and a drink. It took 15 min to order ( no there wasn’t a line) and then 20 min to get my food, I was really hoping that that was due to lack of staffing, however there was at least 4 worker there, that past the window 2 of the workers were actually attempting to work. All of this and my hot dog was completely cold- not Luke warm… cold nasty. Hope everyone else’s experience was better the mine won’t go back

Hardly do I ever right reviews and If I do they’re normally not pertaining to fast food restaurant experiences but I just had to say that Hudson who works at the drive thru Durango location of Freddy’s is the most AWESOME fast food worker I’ve ever experienced. He is kind, respectful, and has an infectious attitude that makes any experience positive. The kid deserves so many raises. Working in the customer service industry is no easy feat but he handles it effortlessly and with attention to every customer.

A women at the goodwill was eating your food. It smelt so good. I asked her where she got it and she told us. So my friend and I went there for lunch and ordered two chicken sandwiches with fries and a drink. We loved it. I’d give it a 5 star but we too didn’t get any ketchup or ranch that we wanted with it. The sandwich I thought was so good!
