This store is filthy! Dirt and fries all over the floor, outside AND inside trash are full to the max, the restroom (men) is very dirty and the “automatic” towel dispenser is broken. I’ve come to expect MUCH better from this franchise. This store was pretty disappointing!

Worst food and experience I have had ever at Freddy’s. The food was terrible and they were playing very loud inappropriate music in the kitchen. There didnt seem to be a manager on duty and if they were there, they werent doing their job! There was no ice in the pop machine, no straws and no condiments. I ordered a patty melt and didnt get the grilled onions. There didnt seem to be any kind of organization or management there. I wont be back!

Went here with my family and the people behind the counter were very unprofessional. They had music with swear words playing which made it hard to focus on the conversation and the music playing over the speakers. Then, we saw the guys with sunglasses hanging off their faces and instead of wearing the uniform properly, one guy had the shirt around his neck like a scarf to show off his ‘thug life’ shirt. In addition, several of the burgers had pink in them due to being undercooked. Overall not a good experience and I hope the staff corrects these issues.

Inside the entry way, it smells like a dirty mop. So, I only go through the drive thru now. Yesterday, I was at the speaker for 3 minutes and no one acknowledged I was there. I drove up to the window where I saw on staff member getting ready to cook on the grill. I sat there for five minutes and no one still noticed me, so I left.
