This is essentially a steak and shake if you’re from the Midwest. It’s pretty decent except the burgers are extremely salty and the fries are like eating shoestring potatoes. But the fry sauce is yummy!

I have never had a bad experience at Freddy’s until roughly three weeks ago. I was craving a spicy chicken sandwich and custard. I pulled up to the drive through roughly 30 minutes before closing. The young man immediately informed us that they were out of custard. I absolutely do not believe that a restaurant known for custard just ran out 30 minutes before closing. I believe they have to deep clean the custard machines and didn’t want to get them dirty. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which is my go to. They are always hot and delicious. I waited in the drive through 15-20 minutes for one sandwich. That was all I ordered. It was not hot, it was dry and I was pretty disappointed. I won’t go back to the Clifton location

We normally visit the location on horizon drive however tonight we visited the Clifton location. To say I was not impressed would be an understatement. Pulled in to the drive thru took about 2-3 minutes before being greeted. Then about another 3/4 minutes before the young man came back to take our order. We ordered a Turtle Concrete which did not have pecans or fudge in it nor a cherry on top. Also ordered a Reese’s crunchy concrete which didn’t have peanuts on the top either. None of the three concrete had whip topping. Also I’ve never charged for a pup and got charged. I also had to ask for my receipt that the young man had to get it off the floor as I was not offered it. We were came through at 9:17pm on 7/29/23. Order number 326

We stopped for a quick takeaway. We asked for it to go but they gave it to us as a dine in meal. They corrected the mistake and packaged our meal to go. Once we got on the road and started eating our hamburgers and fries, we knew this was one of the worst fast food meals we have had in a long time. The meat and French fries were so salty it was hard to eat. My fingers were covered with salt. My lettuce wrap was terrible. The meat patties were broken up and wadded up into a ball of meat in the lettuce. It was impossible to eat. Beware when you eat at this location. If we would have eaten in the restaurant, we would have returned the food and asked for our money refunded.

Had a great experience here, same as at other Freddy’s I’ve been to. Restaurant seemed well-staffed. No wait to place order, food came reasonably quickly and no issues with incorrect items. Also ordered dessert, no issues there, either. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Was impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Tables were taken care of, bathrooms were clean. Food came out hot, in a timely manner and tasted good. Manager checked on every customer in the restaurant and helped with things she didn’t need to, like cleaning off the tables. Shake was phenomenal. Nothing to complain about here.

I witnessed a really unfortunate upset customer badger a manager and call an employee stupid. The manager handled the whole situation really gracefully and I could tell she had compassion for her employees and was protective of them. The young man was being condescending and kept talking about how he worked for the fire department. When I saw it all, I was shaking with anger but I just wanted to commend the staff on how they handled it. I will never understand why people can be so cruel to complete strangers over food.

I have gone there now a couple of times in the evening I have to say the atmosphere has been amazing and I have witnessed a young Hispanic employee I believe his name is Alex handle himself and situations in a very professional manner. Been once during the day all I can say I will always go back in the evening versus the day completely different atmosphere you walk in it’s almost like being back in high school seems to be a lot of drama
