This place is an absolute disgrace. How can you give out a free combo meal card and we cant get our combo? Not to mention we were told that when we bought a cool kids club shirt that our kids’ custard cup would be free every time we come in. Turns out that isn’t the case and had to pay for that as well. Don’t see this place staying much longer. Especially if all they do is hand out empty promises. Good job Freddy’s. NOT!

The staff was friendly, but the burgers were so flattened they were pretty much brunt. Definitely not what I excepted for a steak burger. Only thing I enjoyed from the meal was my milkshake. The cheese curds were mediocre, and the fries was so tiny!(ok in flavor though) for the price, to me it wasn’t worth it.

The drive thru took soooooo long. I know it’s the schtick- “fresh food” or whatever, but: A) the food wasn’t super warm and B) there’s no reason burgers and fries take that long to “make to order”. The food was warm-ish, the wait for drive thru was at least 15 minutes, and they kinda short you on portions. It’s Freddy’s though, so whatever?

Workers are always friendly & always doing something. The custard is always 50/50. I always get either the turtle sundae or chocolate brownie extreme and the workers never put the same amount of toppings on them. Sometimes its amazing and they put alot and the perfect ratio of caramel/pecans/fudge or brownie/fudge but other times they put so little that i still have half the base custard left at the end with no more toppings. It seems that way more often with the medium and larger sundae sizes. I also love how thin the burgers are and that theres two patties. No other place in town does that.
