Unfortunately Freddy’s has dropped off a lot, at least this location. Used to be reliable and really good. The past three visits our fries are always room temperature to cold, the burger patties are always falling apart, along with the buns. Then they’ve become reliable with getting at least one of our burgers wrong. I understand their burger patties are smashed style, but this is just sad now. In the past they used to have a little bit of crust around the edges of the patty, which was great. Now they’re crumbling and falling apart, with now crispy edges.

I used to like coming to this Freddy’s but my most recent visit ensures I won’t be coming back in again. The dining room was absolutely filthy. We came in less than an hour after opening and the floors were dirty, booths had fries and sauces in them, table tops were not cleaned, etc. My tray, after lifting up my basket, had the remnants of a sauce too on it, showing they don’t clean or wipe the trays. If this is what the front facing part of the place looks imagine the kitchen/back!

Though they were severely understaffed, and therefore overworked, they were still super friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a great location, right outside Chandler Mall. The menu has some variety. The custard creations are delicious. I like the turtle concrete. So good. If you happen to visit when they are understaffed, please be patient.
