First visit, first experience. Great burgers! To me, they are an excellent Smash Burger. Same melted cheese, and flavor. The fries were a bit odd, almost like shoestring potatoes. The service there was solid and friendly. Five Stars all the way around! Highly recommended!

Burgers visually looked like they had been sat on. All squished. The meat looked thin, and the bread got soggy just from 5 min drive home. The fries are really skinny, so the potato flavor isn’t there, but they do season it. The Carmel pecan shake was the best!

Placed a mobile order. Got there at the pick up time food was ready. Checked my bag and they missed a fry. Stood there waiting on my frys. Also the fries in the bag were already cold. By the time I made it home I knew I should have checked the burgers based off the previous reviews but honestly I had more faith the workers. Opened the burgers and TWO of the three burgers were incorrect. One was suppose to be only cheese and ketchup. The other was suppose to be no mustard. How hard is it to mess that up? Well they did. The burgers were made standard not how I ordered them. Called to tell the manager and was placed on hold while they located the manager then had to repeat myself multiple times finally Joel apologized and offered me a refund. I have yet to go back and do the transaction since but at least my name is in the book. Other than the issue the cold food I received was tasty. Hope they do better next time.

The service was amazing, the food was fresh and the flavor was excellent & service good. Everything you would expect in a smashburger. They have cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, custards, and lots of sides. The manager came out to check in and everything was great. We got the Cali style and Jalapeno & pepper jack burgers 10/10. Came in on opening day without knowing and they outdid themselves; great job!!!

They charge enough that it seems they would not get upset if you request a sandwich be cut in half. And if you say no to your milkshake having whipped cream and cherry on top that they would honor your requests but they did get upset and they did not honor my request for no whipped cream. Just the cherry which would have been ok if they just added the cherry but they didn’t. So i got stuck with the whipped cream. No big deal but why did they ask? I don’t get it. But the burgers are to die for. Who’s idea was it to cut the burger in half anyway. Get your own!

Although our food was very good can’t complain on the service either the only concern I have basically is dining in I was disappointed me and my significant decided to end our lovely day together with a meal from Freddy’s at this location one way in One Way Out parking is super tight and that could be overlooked if the inside was clean I was bummed out because we wanted a booth and every single one was filthy the floors were slippery and the overall atmosphere inside was just undesirable will we come back to this location probably not drive through could certainly be an option aside from that very disappointing I guess you can call me spoiled because my first encounters was Freddy’s in San Diego it was a staple in our visit every time we were there we made sure to sit and enjoy juicy burger the atmosphere was so clean and comfortable I had just assumed that all locations would be like that so when I noticed we had one in the area in which we were visiting I thought let’s go but to my surprise the end result is what it was management if you’re reading this you need to seriously take notice of your SHOP!, and the only reason I did not post pictures it’s because I think I have embarrassed you enough why go overboard just clean up your place man!

Well it was a 5 star review untill today 8/24/23. I showed up on the Harley at 10:29 I waited until 10:35 and I left ….they are supposed to open at 10:30 …there was employees inside but never came to open the door …everyone who worked today should be fired for not getting there early enough to do what they had to do to open on time…they just cost y’all business for being lazy workers
