So apparently I had a party and I ordered from TGI Fridays. I placed an order for Nashville boneless chicken wings and they were awesome. Then when all of my friends were still hungry I tried to order again but TGI Fridays had closed down. Then I ordered from Freddy’s the same order Nashville boneless chicken wings and the wings were so horrible that none of us even tried to eat them. They were soggy and absolutely tasteless. It really put a horrible experience for the party. I try to explain the same the next day to the manager as a feedback on call but she was least interested and didn’t take the feedback properly. No apologies nothing. I just wanted them to understand that the food wasn’t good. Please don’t eat here as neither the food is good nor they are willing to improve at all. If you are looking for wings please order from conviction wings by TGI Fridays. Thank me later

If you like ordering off your phone or a tablet and not interacting with anybody this is the place for you. They won’t take your order in person or over the phone. So they have lost my business. This place is so ratchet! The employees are hanging around like if at some night club. They literally are in street clothes and not uniforms and took over 40 mins to make food when they were clearly over staffed. Maybe if they ran them hands as fast as they run they mouths my food would of came out faster. I’ve seen so many frustrated customers. Definitely will NOT RETURN!

This location messes up my order every single time i order from them and they refuse to fix it. Wraps are missing ingredients while also having other ingredients that werent in the description, wings are either undercooked or completely dry, they dont resolve any issues you have or remake anything. The worst restaraunt in Newark! Wasted nearly $30 that i now have to dispute through my CC company!

1st time ordering. I went in Friday May 5th. I saw 3 people. The older woman was looking busy while the 2 younger people where just talking behind the counter. The young black guy and young pretty white girl were standing around while the guy was playing in her hair and talking. And texting on the phone.
