I purchased 3 orders of the 3 pieces fish with fries, along with an order of onion rings. I couldn’t believe the small amount of onion rings in the package! Only half of the bag was filled, then I tasted the fries which looked & tasted dry and old where they had been made way earlier in the day; most were hard oily. Lastly, the fish pieces tasted a bit under cooked…what a disappointment!!

We ordered the Deluxe Family Special with 15 pieces of fish and a family order of onion rings. Fish pieces are bigger than a slice of bread. Batter is just right. The French fries are fantastic with a hint of batter on them. Not greasy. But next time we’re ordering extra fries. So good! Not enough!

Order three piece fish fish is not cooked all the way all of it was still wet and moist in the middle the chicken strips were not cooked all the way either the tartar sauce was a little yellow

The chicken strip had a white coating and was mushy. I called and they told me that’s how they make ot now. GROSS. They offered to replace bit everything that to come back complete with ketchup. SERIOUSLY. STAY AWAY

Fish was overcooked and hard and lukewarm. Usually not like that at all. Called location to talk about it and was told “I’ll let the manager know” and then hung up. Bad service. Maybe need training or better hires.
