Great food 🙂 I got an Italian sub, and it was packed with toppings. I had to pretty much eat it with a fork and knife it was so thick! Good stuff. We also had appetizers, deep fried mushrooms and deep fried cheese ravioli, both good stuff. Came out super fresh and hot, The waitress was very attentive. We decided on dessert and they were amazing. I had the turtle cheesecake, my spouse the chocolate mousse pie. Wowsers! Even if you just want dessert, this is the place to hit!

Our server was excellent. The food was very good. It took an hour for two signature Fred sandwiches to come out. If they could get the food out more quickly I would highly recommend Fred’s but I cannot.

Got Fred’s for the very first time tonight. How disappointing. The bacon was ALL fat. I was also not a fan of the sauce but that could be preference. Will not order again. Tossing the rest of this one away and ordering somewhere else.

Met with 12 of my favorite family & friends I’ve known for decades at our favorite Grand Rapids restaurant Fred’s Pizza. I had the Italian pizza sub sandwich. It was so good to have “home cooking” again. Thanks Sam for continuing your father’s traditional cooking. We’ve been coming back since 1968 The pizzas, subs, etc. were awesome as we have come to expect.
